Can we make dancing white arrow functional by having the page scroll down to benefits of signing up for daybreak and past issues when the user clicks on it?
Dancing white arrow partially disappears behind email sign-up box when browser width is around 850-1000 (on Chrome, surface book) - make it fully appear beneath email sign-up box
