Sitewide Final Cleanup #36

-fade-ins seem to load a little slow. Is this because it is a staging website? Or is there a way to have this stuff load/transition a little faster? For instance, on the homepage, the services listed in the first black section seem to lag a bit.

-is it possible to have the sticky nav also show up if there is inactivity? I’m thinking we can keep the scroll up option, but also have it appear if there is no scrolling for 2 seconds or something along those lines.

If the sticky nav inactivity item isn't an option, I'm completely ok with that. I wouldn't want it to show up in any of the hero sections and mess with the awesome design we have going.

I sped up the animations on the homepage. Give it a hard refresh and see how they feel now.

As far as the sticky nav sliding back in...I think we leave as is. Typically someone will scroll up if they want to get to the top/nav, and I think it's going to feel strange if it slides in when there's no activity.
