Feature: Open file in a split window with MkdnFollowLink #113

Currently, the command “MkdnFollowLink” open a file by replacing the current buffer. Is it possible to open the file in a split window or floated window?

I have archived functionality in an ugly way by modifying 'e: ' to ':vs'. Clip_2024-05-30_14-57-17

I am still looking forward to an elegant implementation.
