Now its possible to build switch app with Docker

Thank you very much for your pr!

However I don't see you installing the custom ffmpeg anywhere in the dockerfile, are you sure that the builds that result from this actually work? (it will compile just fine without the custom ffmpeg, the pc won't be able to connect though)

Okey I'll take a look, I thought that without modified ffmpeg it woludn't compile...
