In the 0.2 Version every time I try and connect it connects for around 5 seconds and then immidiently dissconnects? Nothing shows up on the switch either.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

ghost commented 5 years ago

Edit: It worked 1 time because yes and then stop working

Can you try running it as Administrator?

I tried but it doesnt work.

There has only been one time that it has worked with overclock and then it has not worked again.

ludalex commented 5 years ago

Same issue here. Maybe related with firewall?

VioletRoses commented 5 years ago

Probably not, I have no firewall enabled on my router or PC

DerProGamer2000 commented 5 years ago

Same issue, Firewall disabled newest Windows 10 Version with SCP Driver. I click connect it says in the bottom that its connected and a few seconds later it just goes back to being diconnected without any massage or something changing on the Switch

Finally solved the. You MUST download the screen capture recorder from the link on the github page. It's not just for audio on the new version, it's needed now.

https://github.com/rdp/screen-capture-recorder-to-video-windows-free/releases

And you need JAVA !! and u need to run record desktop screen capturer recorder (desktop icon)

d'ont click on "START" just click connect on In home switching

"I am sorry it took so long, but we are now back with an experimental preview for the new version of In-Home-Switching.

In the initial release, many of you pointed out that Switch overclocking should not be the default behaviour of the app. Thus, we now included several overclocking profiles. This means you can select how much overclock you prefer in-app. We also improved performance, so not overclocking should actually be totally fine in most cases.

And I nearly forgot: We also worked on the audio support (which proved to be more time-consuming than we expected). For this to work, you need to install Screen Capture Recorder as well.

Again, this version is experimental and not fully functional e.g. with bad networks. We still have to improve some things (mainly audio) before this will be a finished release."

I am reviving this app. https://github.com/DevL0rd/SkyNX I will be keeping it alive for now. I already added touchscreen support and started working on a new UI and fixed various other things.
