Joycon controllers won't work #47

I ran the ScpDriverInstaller.exe to install the controller emulator drivers and am able to stream my PC to switch with no issues, but the joycons will not respond to any game I've tried. I tried using the SCP Tester, but nothing appears to be doing anything. Do the joycons interact with my PC via WiFi or Bluetooth? It states in the readme that In-Home-Switching uses my local network (I assume WiFi), however I thought the joycons only work via Bluetooth... The couple of videos I watched of people setting this up made it seem like it just "worked" for them. Not sure what I'm not doing correctly or if there's an issue.

I'm having the same problem. The streaming works perfectly fine, but my joy cons don't do anything.

I think joycon has no direct connection to PC. it seems to be emulated as a virtual device by In-Home-Switching App. try to add your game to steam library and start from steam. steam will probably get joycon recognized as normal xbox controller. if it helps ,leave a thumbs up :-)

@a404error Did you see this response from @wstlxx? Have you got it working?

I made it work by using vjoy, the Scp Driver and JoyToKey, with those 3, you can make your pc recognize the buttons and joysticks of your Joy-Con as keys or mouse input

Having the same exact issue. Everything is set up perfectly and it streams just no input at all. Ove even tried JoytoKey and Vjoy along with the SCP ;(
