Multiple delimiters with multiple set of data #46

For example handle both "@" for users and "#" for hashtags :)

I assume sometimes we need a proper fork of this project if it's not developed anymore by the author. There are a lot of GitHub forks with some modifications, but a proper fork would be nice :)
