Feature Request: Make the player responsive by default #38

I've had to include some special styles for when the users browser hit mobile sizes to move the playlist below the video. Would be great to include this as a main feature.

I did an ugly hack but you can see the example....

        height: 40% !important;
        left: 0;
        top: inherit !important;
        width: 100% !important;

I started a fork the other day implementing responsiveness to Youtube-TV as well as some other features. Just recently switched it as a toggle setting using responsive: true. However once converting to Youtube API v3 I'll probably make it default to true as most sites nowadays should responsive in some way, shape or form. ;)
