PR Summary:

If 1 set, change "sets" to "set" and remove rest
If 1 rep, change "reps" to "rep"
If rest is 0 seconds, change "a ${rest} second rest" to "no rest"
Proper labelling for meals

if set is 1 and rep is 1, use duration instead (likely a cardio exercise and duration is more important to show)
if is rest, show rest day instead
