Redux + Thunks setup #21

In this PR:

Installed axios for making requests
Wrote thunk action creators under client/src/actionCreators/ used to request data from API and populate redux store & reducers in client/src/reducers
- for BasicProfile, AdditionalProfile, and FitnessPlan
- usage integrated in BasicProfileForm, AdditionalProfileForm, and Home
@d-x-s changes to navbar responsive menu links that weren't working
created constants folder

You can view the "initial data" populated from redux in the Profile page or Home page
