In this PR:

Multi-input textfield
Percentage restricted textfield
Fix pressing "Enter" submits form
refactor GridInputLabel since all forms were using same InputLabel and Grid
Added Redux initialization for newly added form components workoutDuration, bodyFatPercentage, muscleMassPercentage, exercisePreferences, equipmentAvailability
implemented all the data under CONFLUENCE User Data + Components
