API key verification #55

GPT API key verification:

Verification done by making a GET request to the usage endpoint
Date param is required
- The actual date doesn't seem to matter, tested using random dates from 2020 to 2023
Initial testing done by using postman
- Returns error when using an invalid key
- Returns a response when using valid key
Missing case:
- Unsure what the response will be if the api key doesn't have any funds or has outstanding bills
