[please run locally and test] Google Authentication + Bug fixes

In this PR:

• in client/.env for GCP add REACT_APP_GCP_CLIENT_ID=130203680740-fujge3ued302ncjq7fn5576co6pc0t54.apps.googleusercontent.com
• created 2 custom hooks to fix some small bugs if user skips signup
  • UseNoProfileRedirect - if no user profile, redirect to /signup
  • useRemoveSignup - after logging in, removing any unnecessary signup data
• changed logout to redirect to / landing page, cuz it behaved better
• fixed bug with refreshing Profile page, avatar not uploading
• modified SignupRegisterAccount to use our Form component and integrated with google login
• integrated google login to Login page, using new auth reducer googleLogin for redirect to signup if google logging in for first time.

If possible when reviewing this PR, please try to run it and run through some random workflows logging in/signing up/google login/logout to see if there's still any bugs.

Seeing a blank google login popup, did I miss a step?

This error seems relevant: client:178 Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy policy would block the window.closed call. https://developers.google.com/identity/gsi/web/guides/get-google-api-clientid#cross_origin_opener_policy
