In this PR:

Loading state for updating workout/meal workout using Chat area
isLoading state added to meal/workout Models -> integrated with POST and PUT endpoints
- set to true before openAI call
- set to false after openAI call and JSON parse
GET endpoints poll isLoading, until openAI request finishes to guard against refreshing
