Corrected readme with commands for windows. #23

Just some rephrasing of the windows commands.

Thanks man, I will accept but it would be great if you could clean up the commits a little first. I try to keep a clean git log, and would like contributions to follow the same pattern. I suggest rebasing the branch to join both commits into one, and to amend the commit message to something that follows the same pattern as the rest of the log. Force push to update the PR. Look me up on Discord if anything is unclear.
