Changed PCB stack and Board Characteristic fields to english #70

I updated the Stack-up field and board characteristics in the PCB to be in english. i think it is more consequent and accessable than german?

because of my own incompetence i just recommited/stacked/pushed the footprint library path again...

yeah no problem. a friend was listening yesterday your talk ;) and i had plans to anyway look a little bit in my freetime (and between all the other hobby projects i never finish) into ZSWatch. sorry that i messed a little bit up at the beginning, but i was distracted and did weird things with git .

never used CadLab, actually i the tool is new to me, but i one of my plans is to expand a little bit the automatation capabilities of your kicad runner to also export the BOM. I started to prepare a list of the components to order directly from mouser, which i would like to upload then to the production folder.
