No databases shown when server requires a password

Normally a running server looks like this:

But when you configure a server to require a password, the Postgres.app GUI can no longer connect, and databases are not displayed:

In this case, it would be nice if some explanatory text was shown, that explains what is going on. It should also mention that this is not an error.

Suggestions:

✅ Server is running The server is configured not to accept connections from Postgres.app

✅ Server is running Postgres.app can not show a list of databases because the server is configured to require a password

✅ Server is running Normally we would show a list of databases here, but you locked down the server!
