I've actually had this problem since last year, but hoped it would be resolved. Since no one else is bringing it up, I guess it must just be me. My installation is on a linux server, available on the web publicly. Version 2018-04-22b.
Sometime last year, suddenly and without any previous change made, my page with flow charts caused all the content to vanish. The code is still there when you edit the page, but if you look at the source code of the "live" web page, there is nothing beyond the dw-page-icons; dw-content-page and all its contents are gone.
I thought it was my template at first, but I switched to the default one and it did the same thing. As soon as I comment out the flow code or delete it, everything goes back to normal. I also disabled all other extensions, but the issue remains.
Debug didn't show anything of import. Server errors show nothing. Perhaps a permissions issue? I don't know.
