Use Service Reference for Token #9

Instead of including the token as a variable, I'd love it if we could use it from a Connected Service.

Checked with VSTS team and they say this may make it into the work required for TFS 2017.1... That would be nice... But it still breaks every TFS server that's older... :(

Would be nice if we could detect TFS version from task and behave accordingly

Can't in the UI. one task.json to rule them all. But a minimum agent version would work. Or provide a variable workaroud, like I do with the Snyk task now.
