for example when sage testa are run with optional argument, e.g. '--optional=sage,magma' ond/or with '--nodotsage'

in the summary output sage -t --long src/sage/rings/polynomial/polynomial_rational_flint.pyx # 1 doctest failed there is neither --nodotsage, nor --optional=sage,magma
