through-hole LED should change to 3mm flat top #3

the current design specifies a 5mm LED which does not fit the front panel. It would look better if that part was changed out for a 3mm led,. a flat top 3mm (like grids) would work well but any 3mm would be better than the currently oversized 5mm.

I have tested mouser part 604-WP424GDT and it works well, this is the part I would suggest changing to.
