I'm experiencing this as well. I tried to revoke camera permissions to zoom and re-install snapcam...but still nothing
same here. instalation on mac went smooth. filters are loaded fine, but snap camera is not sowing as video input in zoom nor facetime. any idea how to fix this?
This is a common issue with the way MacOS handles permissions for virtual cameras. If Zoom and other applications were installed before patching SnapCamera it does typically need the removal of permissions like Frank tried. However, that doesn't always work

This guide goes over some steps for different applications but your mileage may vary.
I'm having the same issue with OBS not showing Snapcam as an available video source, as OBS was installed first. I tried revoking access and reallowing but this did not work, and unfortunately OBS does not appear in that list. Do you have any other recommendations?
edit: other things tried: uninstalling obs and all preferences/folders attached to it and reinstalling, restarting. Do you think entirely cleaning out the mac like new and then reinstalling the apps (with snapcam being first) would work?
edit2: Resetting to factory settings and installing SnapCam + patch + restarting before downloading OBS did not work. Snapcam is still not showing up as a video capture device.

Have you followed the instructions on the apple page above? It sounds like you're having those issues rather than the other similar issues.

Thank you! This solved my problem! You're the boss !
EDIT: so while the issue of snapcam not showing up as a video source is fixed, there is a new one... The screen on OBS once the video input is added is just black as opposed to showing the video feed from Snap Cam :( Do you have any suggestions besides downgrading iOS?

Same issue here. Shows up black in both OBS and Qlab, but works fine in Google Meet (chrome) and Zoom.
EDIT: The solution to getting the image to show up in OBS was to ensure that the video source settings were set to manual, and 720p. Still couldn't get it working with Qlab though.
I updated the mac install to try and resolve these issues, if you are currently patched or not, you can run it and let me know if it resolves the issue for you or not.
Snap Camera app is working just fine, but I can't get it to show up as a camera option is Zoom or Discord.
Can anyone share steps that will fix this?
