Add new stock when adding first buy transaction #51

When users add new stocks we should automatically populate the Stock table with information from API. We need to create an endpoint that will take:

account's ID
stock's ticker and exchange (AAPL.US)
quantity
price per share
date and it should:
take information about given stock from a database or from the API (currency and price)
- add the stock to the database if it is not there yet
create a new buy transaction for a given stock
create/update StockBalance
