Problem with Jail card

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A put a PRIGIONE card ( = Prison card ) on B.
2. when B's turn to take action.
3. B still can get out of prison when drawing is NOT Hearts card.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
B should be still in the prison when it's not Hearts card.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i use kbang-0.1.3.

Please provide any additional information below.

never had this neither with 0.1.3 nor with the latest r187 revision

indeed, works fine here.
the prison card is discarded no matter what you draw, only when you draw hearts 
you 
keep your turn, if you draw something else you have to wait for the next round.
