De-hardcode shadow sprites and make them configurable for each sphere separately.
Allow sphere graphics to have different sizes.
Allow sphere graphics to be offset.

Different sizes for spheres have been added in https://github.com/jakubg1/OpenSMCE/commit/592e47743371dcaf29e5962d7652a2f48151af13. Closing the rest as a duplicate of #115.
