Unable to view bonobo home page #761

I have installed Bonobo git server on my windows 8 machine. however login/home page is not displayed on http://localhost/Bonobo.Git.Server/. Rather page displays directory structure of bonobo.

According to this https://forums.asp.net/t/1282080.aspx?Why+am+I+getting+a+directory+listing+instead+of+my+site+ it could be a setting on the server. However I think its beyond Bonobo and therefore our limited free support :)

Hope you can find help elsewhere.
