Generics improvement #10

Change log:

Add generics to ViewModelBindingConfig which prevents clients from returning wrong Class instance
Add internal generics (ViewModelWrapper, getViewModel method of ViewModelProvider) to prevent mistakes in types in future
Raise an exception on unsuccessful variable assignment to ViewDataBinding
