This pull request is intended to make this add-on pass the bassic review made by the community in a near future. The following changes have been performed:
Added the NVDA add-on template. You can now use scons to build your add-on. Your add-on files have been placed in the right locations, and manifest.ini has been integrated into buildVars.py. Also, Minimum and last tested NVDA versions have been fixed.
Added copyright headers to the add-on code.
Made all add-on strings translatable.
Fixed a wrong call to f.close().
Removed two unneeded lines in the code (pass is only used in empty code blocks).
