Backport Sensortype 0e and inclusion of battery level #10

I have backported the handling of Sensortype 0e from Michael Fritze Repo MMMMobileAlert.

Sensortype 0e is a combined Temperature/Humidity Sensor with extended precision.

3 Adjustments made in the sensor.js file:

Added the new section for the sensortype 0e
changed the humidity calculation fuction to hable the advanced precision
added the battery level to the MQTT Message
