Conexant Polaris Video Capture (Mygiga EZgraber) - Fail in version 2

Using V 1.14 the camera connected in Conexant Polaris Video Capture (Mygiga 
EZgraber) work fine via "Windows VfW-Style Webcam Camera (older &sac8)", 

but ...

In the Version 2.2.2a the camera not connect and i have the message "failed to 
start image capture" when using  "Windows WDM-syle Webcam camera".

"opencv webcam" don´t show the message, but no image appears, just a white 
screen.

I´m using windows 7 64 bits.

Hi Rogério,

Could you please check whether the device provides a WDM video driver or an old 
VFW driver. A screenshot of the device in Device Manager should allow us to 
tell.
Please confirm that you are using the most up-to-date WDM driver from the 
device manufacturer. If no WDM driver is available (i.e., only a VFW driver) 
then PHD2 will probably not be able to use the video capture device and you may 
need to upgrade to a newer device to be able to use PHD2.

Also, please attach a debug log to the issue tracker item: 
PHD2_DebugLog_<date-time>.txt in the PHD2 folder of your Documents folder.
