Server API: allow camera selection when multiple SXV cameras are present #297

Hello,

I am new to this list despite the fact I have been a long time [happy] 
user of PHD Guiding 1. I have started to use PHD2 in the scope of a 
remote observatory project, and the program interface works great.

I have however a problem to fully use PHD2 without interacting directly 
with the GUI. I have two Starlight Xpress cameras connected to the PC 
(the guiding Lodestar camera and an All-Sky camera). I have selected the 
"Starlight Xpress SXV" camera in the equipment list, and when I push the 
Connect button, I get a small window "Camera choice" asking me to select 
the SX camera I want to use. This is fine as long as I directly use the 
PHD Guiding interface, but this is a problem when I want to only use the 
programmatic server interface.

So my question is simple: is there a way to avoid this camera selection 
window and automatically connect to the camera that was selected in the 
previous session? (or is there a way to do that selection through the API?).
