Native ZWO ASI, can't guide effectively, need to lower resolution? #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose ZWO ASI as guide camera - I have ASI120MC
2.Try to guide, it's all over the place
3.Went back to WDM driver at 640x480 resolution and guiding calmed back down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Guiding got much worse when using the native ZWO ASI driver. Cannot change 
resolution so it runs at full 1280x960. I messed with settings for a while but 
could not get it to guide effectively. Unless I am missing something I cannot 
change the resolution. I changed back to the WDM driver and 640x480 resolution 
and guiding was much improved.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v2.3 on Windows 7 Pro

I  believe this will be addressed when we add subframe support for ASI cameras. 
Work in progress: Issue 302.
