It would be nice to have a dialog to assist users in choosing dither size and
dither scale.
We would need to ask for the imaging camera pixel size and imaging scope focal
length (maybe an OAG check-box to use the guide scope focal length)
Also, ask for the desired dither size on the imaging chip (pixels).
After entering the required info, phd2 could set the dither scale and prompt
the user to configure their imaging app to use a specific one of the dither
sizes, e.g., the largest one. The combination of dither size and dither scale
would give the user the requested dither amount on the imaging chip.
