enhancement request: avoid double stars when auto-selecting #325

auto-select may choose one of a pair of closely-spaced stars (two stars within 
search region), and this can cause problems guiding when phd2 bounces back and 
forth between them

The auto-select routine should reject stars that have another bright star 
within the search region
