phd2 does not have any tolerance for the guide star going too close to the edge of the frame #326

The star finder code reports the star being too close to the edge if the search 
region hits the edge. Once this happens, phd2 cannot find the star again, even 
if it drifts back from the edge.

The star finder code should attempt to find the star even if it is close to the 
edge.
