Calibration Step Calculator OK Button may not close the dialog #334

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set a long focal length, e.g.3800mm in the global tab of the brain
2.open the calibration step calculator
3.now the ok button will not close the dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the calibration step calculator should be able to hande any focal length that 
you can enter on the global tab
