Enhancement request: comet rate trainer mode

We should provide a tool for automatically training the shift-guide rate for 
comet tracking.

1. instruct user to center comet in imaging camera
2. select a guide star, preferably close to center of frame; note starting 
position of guide star
3. disable guide output, but keep tracking guide star (use can nudge mount to 
keep comet centered in imaging camera)
4. wait some amount of time, perhaps several minutes
5. instruct user to re-center the comet in the imaging camera
6. note ending position of guide star, compute shift rates, enable shift guide 
mode
