TIS provides a redistributable SDK.

Not sure why this was excluded from PHD2 since it is available in PHD1.

I have a TIS firewire camera available for a developer to borrow to write this

Valts, Thanks for the offer. Bruce has a TIS camera and he was going to look at 
doing the work.  If for some reason this does not happen, we will get in touch 
with you.
