When the bad-pixmap tool window is open, the star finder locates hot pixels
(the peak value in the search region). This is necessary for the bad-pixmap
tool to be able to identify hot pixels for manually adding to the map.
If you start guiding while the bad-pixmap tool is open, you will get odd
results since phd2 will not be identifying the star centroid, but rather the
peak pixel.
phd2 should eaither issue a warning or outright disable guiding when in
bad-pixmap mode.
