Too many (unneeded) dependencies #1

Currently, the Brightcove module can't be installed without already having jQuery UI and Modalframe modules. These two can be replaced by Lightbox module.

Also, Libraries module isn't needed at all and can be safely removed from .info file.

Removed libraries dependency, modalframe stays for now since it's meant for this use case.
