(bug) docker images are not removed once apps have been cleaned up

Description

Along with deleting kubernetes resources, the clean workflow should also delete tag in docker repository.

@Patel-world - Would request you to post a video of testing out the clean up in boilerplate mern project.

• Update the reference in boilerplate mern's PR closed workflow to refer to this version (Think you have already done this in here - https://github.com/jalantechnologies/boilerplate-mern/pull/54)
• Show that for your branch on boilerplate mern, there exists a image on docker hub
• Upon running the clean up workflow (either manually via dispatch, or automatically via closing the PR) the image on docker hub gets removed.
