(bug) Deployment fails if the branch name does not passes the label validation

• Kubernetes uses following regex to check the value - (([A-Za-z0-9][-A-Za-z0-9_.]*)?[A-Za-z0-9])?
• If branch is something like - fix/doppler_token_update_issue, the deployment would fail with error
• We should perform validation check on our end using provided regex and skip the gh/workflow-version label if branch name fails the validation check.
