Add new fields to services:

MaxLinkBWKbps uint64
UnidirDelayVariation uint32
UnidirPacketLoss float32
UnidirResidualBW uint32
UnidirAvailableBW uint32
UnidirBWUtilization uint32

I tested the version 1.3.5-alpha. It's working.
