Added 'Spurs' -> 'Tottenham Hotspur' to 'teamnames' object #39

Joe - I'm having some difficulties incorporating this pull request. It's causing some branch conflicts- and I can't work out why. I'll dig deeper into it. I'll add an issue for the Spurs teamname thing - I need to do data updates anyway (and function updates) this week.

I noticed this too, not sure why as I freshly forked the repo before making the change.

There's only one row added to 'teamnames.rda' for now, but it would be useful to have a way for myself and others to contribute new team name variations, especially for non-English teams.
