england_current() - Lincoln/Forest Green #43

Lincoln City and Forest Green Rovers appear as NA in the output of england_current(). This is due to something going awry with the match to teamnames. Cannot figure out why it's not finding the correct names of the team as both appear inteamnames.

same issue with england5_current() and Maidenhead.

edit : this Maidenhead issue has somehow resolved itself- other two still remain.

fixed thanks to @JoGall . It's the ultimate hack fix, but should be robust. This is the weirdest thing I've seen in R !
