updating english data and adding location data #55

data updated for the fa cup, league, and league cup for england

new data added in /data-raw as .csv
data added to /data as .rda
.R script for league cup data init

cleaned up munging folder

removed most duplicate scripts
still want to rewrite a nice tutorial for updating data but for now the scripts give an idea

removed rob-data folder - leftover from last pull

added english team location data

added .rda file in /data and .R file in /R to load a database of english team and neutral ground location data
very beta- definitely some errors and lots of (especially lower league/older teams missing still
