added some more club data #59

Started looking at tidying up the club names data and also added some colour data for clubs. Will clear up more when I have some time this week.

Also restarted versioning at 0.1.7 as it hadn't been updated for ~2 years

also fixed the missing gaps (which I think I just failed to fill in correctly) from my last PR

should have games from the EPL up to November 2019 now
