fixing epl dates for 2017 season #60

sorry about that. For some reason england_current(2017) decides all premier league matches take place in 2020 and I didn't pick up on it. Should be fixed now, though I did it quite bluntly so there's a chance the dates are off but the 10 or so I checked manually all checked out.

I'll put up an issue for england_current() when I have time later

thanks - I'm happy to merge these as you're able to make updates! It will take me a few weeks to get the time to clean the rest of it up.
