Add to English club data and expand coverage of German clubs and competitions #69

I've added nicknames to some of the clubs, while also adding new columns for the date founded, dissolved, and the grounds the club's current ground.

There's still a lot of gaps at the moment, so I'm not sure if this should remain as a draft until it is more complete, or if it can be merged, with future PRs looking to fill the gaps?

I've created new csv files for German clubs and the DFB Pokal (#63). These are in very early stages, but I've followed the same format as the English equivalents.
