Add Vimrunner to Test the Plugin

Using the Vimrunner plugin, I'd like to fully automate the functionality of cmake.vim. The following aspects of things I'd like to test are the following:

• [x] autoload/cmake/path.vim
• [x] autoload/cmake/targets.vim
• [x] autoload/cmake/util.vim
• [x] Removed: autoload/cmake/variables.vim
